Dr. John Mistretta has been freeing people from pain and helping them lead healthier, happier lives. As a Chiropractor with 21 years of experience, Dr. Mistretta is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Mistretta uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Mistretta is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Lori - Marketing Chiropractic Assistant

Lori is the marketing chiropractic assistant at the Howland office. She organizes educational workskhops in our local schools for teacher and students as well as health fairs and speaking engagements with local groups in the community.
